Robert Zuritsky serves as President and CEO of Parkway Corporation. He continues in the tradition of his father and grandfather to lead the 94-year old business in real estate development/acquisition, parking operations, and technology investment across the United States.
Over the last 5 years, Parkway has enhanced its development capabilities with the addition of Brian Berson and a new team of real estate professionals. Currently, Parkway has roughly one billion dollars of projects in different stages of development. Additionally, Robert led a successful effort to raise their first equity fund and bring on outstanding new team members to operate that fund.
He has been continuously at the lead of technical innovation and customer service excellence in the real estate, parking, and airport services. This includes the first enterprise agreement in parking to accelerate technology modernization in the industry. Under his guidance, Parkway is building on over 94 years as a leader in customer-driven, scalable solutions that enhance urban mobility, EV charging, and will help create modern “cities of the future.”
Leading by example, Robert is an active and involved member of his community and industry organizations. Currently, he serves as President of the Philadelphia Parking Association, Chairman of the Philadelphia Municipal Authority, is a member of the Board of Trustees for the Philadelphia Museum of Art, Past Chairman of the Jewish Federation Real Estate (JFRE) and Jewish National Fund (JNF), and Chair-elect of the National Parking Association.
